About this space
We use one half for our own car and rent the other half as storage. There is a stud partition between, so your things are separate.
The rented half is fully shelved — five bays of industrial racking that stay with the space. It suits stock, tools or seasonal kit rather than furniture.
There is no vehicle access to your half. You carry things in through the side door, which is a normal doorway width.
